All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order of up to 16 large or 18 small cards will be calculated, dependent on size and weight and displayed at checkout. For price details please see the Royal mail website (https://www.royalmail.com/current-postage-prices)

For orders larger than 16 large or 18 small cards, please contact us for price of shipping. We offer both first* and second** class delivery via Royal Mail.

* The Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class parcels and letters by the next working day including Saturdays.

** The Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class parcels and letters the third working day after posting including Saturdays.

The accuracy of the delivery times are dependent on the Royal Mail Services performance.

International Shipping
Please contact us if you wish to have cards delivered outside the UK.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at simeconceptcardsltd@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
